Subscription

our different licenses are offered by Vesalii:

Each of the 3 types of licenses was customized to better suit the needs of the license holder. Differences between the licenses include differences in the mode of use, some features, pricing, and other differences.

Unfortunately, changing the type of license is not available at this time.

Each of our Vesalii products includes a trial version with limited access to certain body systems and features. You won't be asked to enter payment details for the free trial, so there's no need to worry about canceling, Vesalii will not charge you during the trial period.


Pricing

Vesalii products are acquired on the basis of a yearly subscription, meaning that you need to renew your purchase annually.


Technical

Vesalii runs offline most of the time, only requiring an internet connection on startup to check for any available updates. Once this checking process is done, which only takes a few seconds, Vesalii can run completely offline.

  1. Go to the search bar and type "dxdiag" and open it.
  2. In the System tab, check DirectX version. It must be "DirectX 12". If not, go to step 3.
  3. Download and install the latest version of DirectX 12 from this link.

The issue that prompts this message to appear can be solved by one of these methods:

 

Method 1: Run as Administrator

Run the application as an administrator. To run an application as an administrator, right-click on its icon and then select “Run as administrator” from the menu that appears.

 

Method 2: Update DirectX

Download and install the latest version of DirectX 12 from this link.

 

Method 3: Update .NET Framework

Follow this link to update .NET Framework to version 4.6.2 or newer.

 

Method 4: Update Windows

Follow these steps to update Windows:

1. Press “Windows” + “I” buttons on your keyboard simultaneously to open settings.

2. In the settings page, click on the “Update and Security” option and then select “Windows Update” from the left panel.

3. Click on the “Check for Updates” option and let Windows check for and download any updates.

4. Once the update finishes downloading, click on “Install” to install the update on your device.

5. Run the application when the update finishes installing to check if the issue persists.

You are running on Windows 32-bit version. Our applications require having Windows 64-bit to run.

  • Follow this link to update .NET Framework to version 4.6.2 or newer.
  • If the previous step does not solve the issue, choose a different network connection.

  1. Install the latest version of DirectX 12 through this link.

  2. Update graphics card driver (Right-click on the computer icon on your desktop > Properties > Device Manager > Display Adapters > Driver > Update Driver > Search automatically for updated driver software). If no updates were found automatically, repeat the steps but select at the end ‘Browse my computer for driver software’ instead to update manually.

  3. Update Windows (Start Panel > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update)
